Refund Policy
Once your item is accepted and shipped by any of the mail carries (USPS, UPS) PARadISe Galore has no control over the package. IF items are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will work closely with carrier on resolving the issue.
Covid UPDATE: Due to the pandemic we do not accept returns or exchanges for safety reasons.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom items.
There are no refunds on sublimation blanks or sublimation paper.
Exchanges can be discussed depending on the item with sublimation blanks.
