Refund policy

Once your item is accepted and shipped by any of the mail carries (USPS, UPS, Fedex) PARadISe Galore has no control over the package. IF items are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will work closely with carrier on resolving the issue. 

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom items. 

There are no refunds or exchanges on sublimation blanks or sublimation paper.

Pickup & Storage Policy

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of being marked ready for pickup unless prior arrangements have been made with our team. Due to limited storage space, orders that remain unclaimed after 14 days may be subject to disposal and/or forfeiture without refund.
