For Sublimation Blanks and Sublimation Paper: Processing and Shipping Time takes (1-3 business days) 

For Custom items and Branding material: Processing time may take up to 14 days not including shipping time, shipping time 3-5 business days.

Shipping Update (05/23/21) from this date on out: Shipping has been changed to the exact weight of your package and the state you live in. We no longer have control over the shipping rates. USPS and UPS now controls orders based upon weight and the state you live in. So please be aware if you choose either USPS or UPS at checkout it is subject to change. If you feel that the rate they give you at checkout is completely incorrect please feel free to use the “CHAT NOW” button on the website but please be mindful that if your items are heavy or if you’re purchasing multiple items that it’s calculated. On the plus side we always have our 3 payment options with Shop Pay, QuadPay & Klarna at checkout to help you pay in installments if need be.

Pick Up: Times: Monday-Saturday (11am-8pm)                                                    The address on file is not the correct address for safety reasons. We are very close to the address. Address is sent out when your order is confirmed and ready for pickup. The CEO will personally message you to schedule the day and time that's convenient for you to pickup.                                                                Please note: All orders will be in the chair on the porch due to the pandemic. We respect everyone's space and we follow the state's guidelines.
